Jim Stothard is the Founder and Chairman of TKG. With over 30 years of experience in financial investigations, asset tracing, and recovery, he has led complex cross-border matters for governments, financial institutions, corporations, and investors worldwide. Jim oversees the firm's strategic direction, recovery initiatives, and international partnerships, helping clients identify, recover, and maximise the value of misappropriated assets. He is also the Chairman of a Mining acquisition company and a former advisor to Goldman Sachs.

Victoria Sinclair is a Partner at TKG with over 18 years of experience in investment banking, risk management, and strategic advisory. Having held senior leadership and risk advisory roles within global financial institutions and investment funds, including Goldman Sachs, she has advised on complex transactions, distressed assets, regulatory risk, and cross-border investments. At TKG, Victoria provides strategic oversight on asset recovery opportunities, investment structures, risk assessment, and the monetisation of recovered assets

Kevin Eshelby is a Partner at TKG and a qualified forensic accountant with a background at KPMG. He has held Chief Financial Officer positions for several investment funds, bringing extensive experience in financial analysis, forensic investigations, corporate governance, and fund management. At TKG, Kevin supports complex asset recovery matters through financial intelligence, strategic oversight, and the evaluation of high-value cross-border claims and investments.

Oliver 'Ollie' Harrington is a Partner at TKG with a background in financial intelligence, complex investigations, and international asset tracing. With over 20 years of experience supporting public and private sector intelligence programmes, he specialises in analysing corporate structures, identifying concealed asset ownership, and mapping complex cross-border financial networks. At TKG, Oliver leads intelligence-led investigations and supports clients in developing effective strategies to locate, recover, and protect high-value assets across multiple jurisdictions.

Sophia Chan is a Partner at TKG with a background in data analytics, quantitative market analysis, and financial intelligence. Based in Hong Kong, she has spent more than a decade advising financial institutions, investment firms, and corporate clients on data-driven decision making, risk assessment, and market intelligence. At TKG, Sophia specialises in the analysis of complex datasets, financial patterns, and strategic intelligence, helping clients identify opportunities, assess risks, and support asset recovery and investment initiatives across global markets.

David Mercer is a Partner at TKG and a former political advisor and government consultant with more than 30 years of experience in public policy, international relations, and strategic diplomacy. Throughout his career, he has advised senior government leaders,  senators, policymakers, and overseas administrations on geopolitical risk, economic policy, and international affairs. At TKG, David provides strategic counsel on government engagement, sovereign asset recovery initiatives, stakeholder relations, and complex cross-border matters involving public sector entities.
